The company behind VAISENSE

VAISENSE is developed by LatticeWork, a global security platform provider focused on edge AI. The VAISENSE platform adds AI to almost any IP camera, processes data where it is generated and includes central command software for monitoring centres.

LatticeWork is self-funded and headquartered in San Jose, California, with more than 100 employees worldwide. Latticework B.V. in Eindhoven represents VAISENSE in Europe.

Dr. Pantas Sutardja Founder of LatticeWork Grew up in Singapore and earned his BSc, MSc and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley. At IBM's Almaden Research Center he created IBM's first CMOS read channel chip. He holds more than 300 US patents in semiconductor and storage technology.

    Marvell TechnologyDr. Sutardja co-founded Marvell Technology Group with his brother and served as Board Director and CTO for 19 years. Marvell grew into a storage semiconductor company with more than 7,000 employees.
  2. 2005
    Paying it forwardHe established the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at UC Berkeley, known for the Berkeley Method of teaching technology entrepreneurship.
  3. 2014
    LatticeWork foundedLatticeWork was founded in response to rising data theft and misuse, and built its own cloud infrastructure.
  4. 2018
    Amber private cloudAmber brought private cloud storage to consumers, professionals and small businesses. The Amber X Indiegogo campaign reached its goal within an hour.
  5. 2024
    VAISENSE launchedVAISENSE launched at CES 2024, bringing edge AI to businesses while respecting individual privacy.
